The Position of the Round Table of Hungarians in Slovakia on the amendment proposal of the State Language Act adopted by the Government of the Slovak Republic on 24 September, 2010
We would like to point out that the original philosophy of the Language Act has not been changed. The act further handles the Slovak language as the only and superior language to be used not only in official communication, but also in public life and some areas of private life. It still keeps prohibiting, penalising and terrifying. |
